We have an employee who works different days/hours each week - she is not a casual worker. Some days she works 8 hours, some days she works a 10 hour shift. Once a month, she works on a weekend. How can we correctly calculate her holiday entitlement and how can she book holiday to be paid correctly (i.e. if it is an 8 or 10 hour day).
