Hi Guys... we employ "perm" and "fixed term contract" people. Is there a way to flag someone as fixed term contract in Fourth (without having to create a specific job title for it). Thanks :)

There is no 'flag' within the portal, you would have to create a custom report to capture the temp employees. You could have an alert to email any time a new employee is created if multiple people create them?

Great Question!

In order to report on perm and fixed term employees, you will need to switch on the HR global setting 'Use Temporary Staff functionality' in the Edit Default Employee Settings. This will create a new field in the Employee Details screen where start and and dates can be added. This can then be reported on through the creation of a customized report.
