When I try to send a purchase order it tells me that FAILURE SENDING MAIL

Thank you for your post. This sounds like a technical issue so would need to be raised with our service team.
You should be able to raise a Case by clicking on your name in the top right hand corner of the screen here in the community and clicking on 'New Case'
