Portal payslip query functionality

Great question!

There is a setting within the payroll module if you follow the path below that will remove this from the home page however its still available to employees via the 'My Payslip's' option, we would recommend communicating out to the staff that this function is not in use and to follow the standard business process.

Payroll > Administration > Global Settings > Portal Settings > Do not display queries on payroll home page > Select & Save.

There is also a payroll permission that could be set to no access instead so that only one user has visibility if anyone accidentally submits a query instead of changing the global setting above.
