Is this because its been a shift swap and T&A does not match the original shift ? She is not multi skilled ...
I am auditing our rota and can see that a person has a shift (scheduled time) of 1300 - 2300 they actually worked T&A 07:57 to 17:15 however it is showing as un-assigned T&A record ?

Thanks for this - I am interested in using the weeky view rather than the daily view as there is much less unneeded data on my screen however when we update the data in the pop up box the break keeps defaulting back to 10 min which is wrong ?? Can you advise if this is a known issue ?
Hi @Sharon Harkins There is no issue here.
There is a setting 'Time & Attendance Keep Existing Breaks upon "Copy T & A".
This can be removed by Fourth so please ask your CSM if you need this turned off.
