The system picks up the agency workers in the total number of staff paid by rota, which then distorts the turnover figure. Is there any way of excluding the agency workers? They are not paid by us but are there solely for rotas/payroll costs.

Hi Kusum,

 

I've checked, and I'm afraid that this is not possible.

 

It is possible to exclude former agency employees from the turnover using a separate termination reason, and selecting for it to be excluded (as per screenshot) but nothing for current agency employees unfortunately.
