Hi {@0053z00000B8acSAAR}

Before changing employees over from Casual to Salaried, you should run the holiday YTD report ( HR > Reports > View Reports > Holiday Year to Date report) from the date that the change will be made. This can be filtered to show just employees who have holiday paid in hours (casuals) - you would need to pay out their remaining holiday hours before changing them to Full Time.

For flexible employees, when their status is changed, the system will calculate their accrued holidays based on the average of their last 12 weeks worked. Therefore, before changing them from casual to flexible, you should run the holiday YTD report rom the date that the change will be made to see what holiday hours they had accrued up to this point. You would need to pay out that balance before changing them to flexible.

Any holidays that have been booked and submitted to payroll before the effective date of the employment change will be paid out as normal. Any future holiday requests will need to be removed and rebooked in days after the change.

Best
