we are trying to create an alert for employees with 2 weeks service, is it something you can help us with?

Hi there- you can certainly create a Reminder (not an alert, but similar) to email you to get this information- I am assuming that you have a probation end date in the employee's record, and your reminder can be set to email you on a particular frequency to give you this information ahead of time. For example, if you have a 4 week probation and want 2 weeks notice, then you can set the reminder to send the information to you every 2 weeks.

Another option is to create a training course for 2 weeks service. This would be need to be assigned to all employees when they are created.

An expiry date can be set in the Training Course and a reminder set as above.
