Wage Cost Formula in Metrics?

I am keen to understand the formulas for wage cost when creating a metric.   For example: I would like to see in the Rota Analysis Report the pension cost for the FOH crew is .4% of the wage.   Thanks

Great question!

The rota wage cost is set up in the Wage function setting and is configurable by portal. The Wage function setting is in Rotas but is only available to The Master Admin Login.

It is recommended that pensions costs are set up using factor x in the 'Configure location' settings (Rota > Administration > Configure Location and can therefore be different for each location. The wage function setting will then need to be adjusted to include Factor X in the Rota wage cost.

 

For more help with this I would suggest and Ask Fourth, so that a Solution Success Manager can look at the specific portal set up for the customer.
