Great to see the question has been posted on here @zoe jones​ - I don't the answer but look to seeing the responses on here :)

Great question! When job titles have been created you can decide where they will be available. Open up the job title you want to hide (access driven-HR- Company Admin- Job Titles) and under the bottom of the first page there are two options, Division and Locations. Edit these by pulling over where you want the job title to appear from the locations/divisions available. This can also be set upon the creation of new job titles also.

What if the Job Title​ has been previously used against a location which we no longer want this to be visible against.

That is a bit trickier as it will have historical information attached, so cannot be moved/unassigned. If it something you really want to hide the only real work-around in this instance would be to create a new job title, move the employees attached from the one you want to hide to the new job title, and then you are able to make that one inactive if you don't want it seen at all (with the new functionality).
