How do we attach the various quotations ??

There are a few different ways you can attach quotes, so I've included a few links to community articles that can assist.

To create a quote for one product you will find instructions here https://fc.force.com/customer/s/article/Purchasing-Inventory-Creating-Editing-Quotations.

If you have multiple products from a supplier that are quoted you can import in bulk as found here https://fc.force.com/customer/s/article/Purchasing-Inventory-Importing-Quotations.

You can attach as many quotes per product as needed as each quote will have it's own starting and ending date as well as price.

Once you've loaded quotes they can all be viewed in the Quotation Center as seen here https://fc.force.com/customer/s/article/Purchasing-Inventory-Quotation-Center.
