When completing a employee template to be sent back to fourth - for the area of Employee type - could you please advise why Part Time is no longer an option?

We would need more information on this as we have several templates depending on the job.
As this is specific for your business we would recommend discussing this with a dedicated Fourth specialist, so in this instance I suggest contacting your Customer Success Manager to get this set up.

Hi both, hoping I can help here. When we load data into the system, we can't load against the employment type of 'part time', but we load them on the 'full time' status with an FTE override. The FTE override columns let you state the days and hours the employee works in a week and are used by the system to pro-rate the holiday allowance that sits in the job title. Once the employees are in the system you can flag them as part time if that helps your reporting.
