Afternoon, A couple of our employees have been given the wrong amount of holiday entitlement, they have 29 days, but should only have 28 days. Could you please advise how to change this back to 28 days? Thanks, Alex

Hi @Alexandra Richardson​ We would need to look at why this has happened before we advise on how to rectify.

Hi @Alexandra Richardson​ The employees you have provided, have a job title that has yearly increments set up.

The easiest way to check this is via the Global settings in HR.

HR > Administration > Global settings > Edit default holiday setting.

This will bring up your list of job titles and you can see what has been set up by selecting each job title.
