Hi Steph,

 

You are right to check if the PLU is missing and that the POS files have been received for each day of the stock period. There is not a lot more that you can do before raising a technical case with our support team. However, before you do that I suggest looking a bit deeper into the PLU assigned to that site.

 

PLUs can differ between sites, although I am not familiar with the specific setup of your organisation. You can view the Suggested PLU against the menu item in Master Data, in the clip you can see that this is 9515:

If you then select that item followed by the Where Used tab you will see the site specific PLUs:

So it is important to be sure that the site PLU matches the PLU from your PoS.

 

If you do need to make a change to the PLU from within Recipe & Menu Engineering (formerly StarChef), then you would also need to re-upload the sales files to affect the change.
