Closed Rotas

We have started closing rotas so they appear under the Closed Rotas list. I closed last week's rota for w/c 26.11.18 by Submitting it to Payroll and I can now see it under Closed Rotas. However, when I repeated the same process for the w/c 1.10.18 and 8.10.18, the weeks didn't move to the Closed Rotas but just disappeared.    Can you please advise,   Thank you Snezana​

Hi @Karen Sheffield​,

 

This could be that the rotas are in the last financial year. Could this be the case? The home page will only display closed rotas in the current financial year. If this is not the cause I would recommend raising a technical case so this can be investigated further.

You can also find closed/submitted rotas under

Rotas > Rota > view rotas

You can search by closed or submitted.
