Hi @Edouard BERNIER

Yes, You can set up a multiple employment [ME] for this employee.

You will also need to change in Rota Global settings 'Allow Salaried employees to be paid overtime'. This will then pay the additional hours on top of the Salary.

Kind regards

Hi @Debbie Thomas

Thanks for your answer.

Are there any potential downsides if I activate this setting?

Can you confirm that a salaried employee working more hours than the contracted hours will not get extra pay unless this is processed as a multiple employment?

Kind regards,

Edouard

Hi @Edouard BERNIER

No there are no potential downsides. The title of the setting is slightly misleading.

Salaried employees overtime is driven my 'Contracts' in HR and not the rota setting so no employees will not be paid overtime if these have not been set up.

All it does is allow additional hours to be considered so that the ME is paid.

Hope this helps

Debbie
