Hi Nihan,

 

If you have an internal process to raise cases (with your IT dept or similar) I recommend that is your first port of call.

Looking at the audit report, the name of this product was amended from spaghetti to linguine on 19/04/18, but this shouldn't have affected a PO raised on 19/06/18.

 

I would suggest you raise this as a case with our support team to investigate for you as this would appear to be a technical issue.

Thank you @Mark Whitmore​  for your quick reply.  Actually, I tried to raise this as a techical case but it seems that I am not able to do so.  It says  " user does not have access to create technical case ".  How can I create a technical case ?
