Please could someone advise if Adaco has a scanner access to scan invoices?

Thanks for your great question.

If you are manually scanning and attaching invoices, you can do this in the Invoice tab in the Receiving by double-clicking on the attachment box:

Note: You will need to Click Add Invoice first.

These can then be viewed using Accounting > Invoice > Invoice Enquiry​ and show as a paperclip.

If you are looking for Fourth's PDF Invoicing solution which automatically reads a PDF invoice and converts into system combatable data and puts it directly into the solution for you to manage, you would need to speak to your Fourth representative.
