Why do holidays show up as 1 hour in the rota total hours?

    Hi @Jennifer Thompson​ ,

     

    Holiday will always 'pay' in days for flexible or Full time calculations, and the Rota will show the working hours of that week. However, the Analysis Report will display based on how the Wage Function Settings are configured, so if holiday pay is set to 'accrue' it will reflect this by deducting a portion of the employees years entitlement over the holiday year, rather than the full 'hit' of the holiday days deduction.

    There is a global setting in the rota module that will include holiday hours if you would like to see the hours that were worked AND the holiday hours.

     

    Rota > Administration > Global settings > Include holiday in shift totals.
