    Thanks for taking the time to contact us regarding a technical issue you have been experiencing. Firstly, I do apologise for these technical issues, and the inconvenience this must have caused you during this period.


    I can confirm that we have now resolved this nationwide issue with our US customers and the browser. For high priority, urgent queries like this, I would recommend calling our Technical Support team directly and make them aware.
