Hello, Please, can someone tell me how to pull an Average Weekly Earnings report from payroll? Nicky

Unfortunately, there is no such report on Payroll at the moment!

I would recommend to create a Custom Report and manually work out the average earnings. When creating the Custom Report please ensure to add ‘Payment description’ and ‘Payment value’ fields. You will then be able to filter out any ‘Payment Types’ if desired. Once this is done please formulate against one employee and copy the formula against the reminder of the employees. 

Payroll > Reports > Custom reports.

Alternatively, you could try running any of the Payroll reports that give pay period earnings by employee and divide by the number of weeks in the period. This would be mixture of reports in Payroll though.

Depending on how often you might need this and how many employees you need it for, I do believe our Fourth Analytics solution has the ability to produce reports of this nature. This might be something to consider.
