    Hi @Carlos Heurtematte​ 

     

    In the previous answer to your question similar to this Mark has mentioned that;

    1. Highlight the closed PO and right click to see the option (Re-Open PO)
    2.  If you don’t see this option then it means you don’t have access to Re-open closed PO. You will need to request access from your system administrator.

    For clarity, ​my comment above was around re-opening Closed POs.

     

    Cancelled POs are different, and you would need to 'Revert Cancelled PO' in a similar way.

    HI @Mark Whitmore​ AND @Omar Mwatsutsu​ i have enabled the option of re opening purchase orders for my user, however when i go into the purchase order centre to re open, when i right click, no option of re open comes up? it is a auto closed PO, would that matter?

    Hi Neal,

     

    Welcome to the Community. I've had a quick look on your portal and you have all the correct settings to be ​able to re-open. As long as the PO has been received you should be able to re-open it.

    If the status of the PO is partial, then you won't see the option (as it hasn't been closed)
