Re-open P.O cancelled

A week ago I asked them to help me see how to open the PO Canceled, they sent me the information to follow all the steps but it never appears in the row to open the PO, I go to the Purchasing center box, I select show auto closed and closed but when I look for the PO number to open it does not give me the option to reopen

Hi @Carlos Heurtematte​ 

 

In the previous answer to your question similar to this Mark has mentioned that;

  1. Highlight the closed PO and right click to see the option (Re-Open PO)
  2.  If you don’t see this option then it means you don’t have access to Re-open closed PO. You will need to request access from your system administrator.

For clarity, ​my comment above was around re-opening Closed POs.

 

Cancelled POs are different, and you would need to 'Revert Cancelled PO' in a similar way.

HI @Mark Whitmore​ AND @Omar Mwatsutsu​ i have enabled the option of re opening purchase orders for my user, however when i go into the purchase order centre to re open, when i right click, no option of re open comes up? it is a auto closed PO, would that matter?

Hi Neal,

 

Welcome to the Community. I've had a quick look on your portal and you have all the correct settings to be ​able to re-open. As long as the PO has been received you should be able to re-open it.

If the status of the PO is partial, then you won't see the option (as it hasn't been closed)
