We are about to enter GL outlet accounts ...

We are about to enter GL outlet accounts in adaco as our system was not setup with them. Will the export file be automatically updated with the changes or do we need assistance from fourth?

  Good day! Outlet Account configuration in the application merely restricts what outlets are permitted to use what GL accounts for processes such as purchases, requisitions and transfers. This configuration does not impact your export file to your financial system as this is written based on specifications provided by your third party provider.

   

  To configure outlet accounts in the application you can find reference material here https://fc.force.com/customer/s/article/Purchasing-and-Inventory-Assigning-Outlets-to-Accounts. You will then want to insure the functionality is enabled in the Property Administration settings found here https://fc.force.com/customer/s/article/Purchasing-Inventory-Administration-Property-Preferences-Inventory. Lastly once enabled, these configured accounts will then be viewable on inventory guides as seen here, https://fc.force.com/customer/s/article/Purchasing-Inventory-Guide-Details, and should then be updated accordingly.
