We want to put limits on expenses and who approves these , for example , up to £100 –GM can approve , £101-£200 Area manager approves , £201-£400 a director approves ?

Can I setup different email addresses for alerts for different expense bands?
For example, band one goes to the person the employee reports to, but band two goes to a different person and so on.

In an employees record you can set up line manager notifications specifically for expenses.
In the employees record visit Employee Access > Line Manager notification
