Labour Productivity Timeout Rules??

If you are logged into the system but have been inactive how long is it before it times-out so you have to log back in again?   If you set up an access for an employee and they don’t log in immediately – is there any time out which stops you using/logging in after a period of inactivity not using your access?   Any other timeout scenarios?

The WFM portal (any module) will close down after 20 minutes of inactivity, regardless which screen (or module you are in- this includes LP) for security purposes.

 

There is no expiry time for password set ups, aside from ESS which is set to expire after two days of receiving the welcome email. When an employee is terminated they will no longer be able to access the portal.

Apologies for the delay in getting back to you.

 

Unfortunately the inactivity is set to 20 minutes and can not be amended as all portals will have this by default.
