Can you apply a blanket maximum holiday across the whole group?- and then amend for specific roles only, and still allow it to be calculated for flexible team, but with the maximum applied?

Just so I can answer this correctly- when you day group- do you mean for all employees in the estate (all in the portal?)- you can set a maximum in the job title for all salaried as it always looks to the job title in the calculation. Maximum days can be set on the HR holiday global setting to ensure flexible employees never get over this- but be aware due to the nature of flexible days can go down, if the average dips. Next year this will look over 52 weeks so there will less opportunity for this to arise. The only way to adjust the flexible days/hours would be with the employee batch update but this will mean the system will not base the calculation on the submitted rotas whilst this is overridden.
