Is there a way for Holiday entitlement to automatically increase based on length of service?

You can add yearly holiday increments if you want employees to receive additional holidays for being with the company a certain number of years. This can be set up in the job title configuration within your HR module.

You can decide which way you want the holiday increments to be calculated. The setting for this can be found in your global settings.

HR > Administration > Global Settings > Edit Default Holiday Calculation > Holiday Calculations

The 'Use holiday allowance increments' setting will allow you to use increments.

The 'Taken from the employee start date' setting - if selected will base the calculations on the employee start date rather than on the holiday year start date.
