Is it possible to provide a leaver (TUPE) with indefinite access as opposed to the 90 days to their ESS on their former employment (Read only)?

Thank you for your question here. The 90 day leavers access is a default number, which we can change if necessary- so if you wanted to make that 200 days, for example, you could do. Alternatively we could change the 'profile' for termination so that an employee keeps their Engage feed which is important for communication at this time.
If you have already TUPE'd the employees so they are in that 90 day period already, then the request to fix this historically would need to be a case to our development team with the list of employees and what they need to be amended to.
