Delighted to see interest generated in this! The Document Library is hierarchical, so as long as employees have access to the portal they will be able to view the handbook from the home-screen. To upload the handbook, select Document Library from the homepage, give it a title, category and sort order (this can be left to 1 unless you have a place you would like it to sit among other docs) The hierarchy field drives your access level options. Employee should be selected (or whatever level you have titled the access which the employees who need to see the handbook are on), you can give it a brief description, upload the file, and select save. You can now view the document by selecting Document Library.
