Is there a report giving all SUPC codes for items in program?
-
Hi Daniel,
Not sure what you mean by SUPC codes as this isn't terminology that we use in the Purchasing & Inventory system. Do you refer to the Vendor Product Number (VPN)? If so you can go to the vendor in question, to the Products tab and download the vendor products list which will give you a list of all Adaco product numbers and VPNs.
Hope that helps.

It wasn't what I was looking for. I'm trying to cross reference the Sysco Item number with the number that is in Adaco. Right now the only way i know to do so is to open individual products and check that way which is EXTREMELY time consuming.

I believe it is the same. I will try. Thank you!

Good morning {@0053z000008yUHPAA2},
Following on from {@005D0000008vJOdIAM}'s previous comment, the information is available via Property->Vendors: 'Products' tab to visibly cross-reference:
or you can use the 'Export' button to see this information in Excel
(Please note: when exported to Excel, the Detail Number is appended to the end of the Product Number with a hyphen):
Depending on what you are trying to achieve, it may be most effective to use Quotation Center (if Sysco uploads the quotations for you via EDI) or Import Quotations (if you do so via .XLS or .CSV) to investigate 'Errors' where the Sysco VPN (SUPC) does not match the P&I/Adaco Product Number or has not been provided by Sysco in the quotation file:

Please let us know if you have any further follow-up queries around this topic.
