I have an error after i tried to add a new employee that he was working before in different branch

Hi @Juan Aguirre​,

 

There could be many reasons why this is happening, but one of them may be that you do not have the permission to re-hire this employee. If his record was at another branch that you do not have access to, you will not be able to re-hire them. You can only re-hire employees in the divisions and/or locations that you have access to.

If this is the case I would suggest communicating this to someone (perhaps Operations/Head Office) in your business who could re-hire this employee for you in this instance.

 

It could also be that the system is flagging a duplicate passport/NI number to one in the system. Again this will not allow you to continue if that is the case, please follow the above if this happens as there should not be duplication's for either.
