  Thanks for your question.

   

  In order to stop transactions taking an onhand stock into negative there is a flag that can be set against the outlet in Property > Set Up > Location > Outlets.

   

  In the outlet record the flag that needs to be set is 'Validate Stock'. Here is a useful article that discusses this option:

  It is worth keeping in mind that outlets with POS sales may, on occasion, naturally go into negative onhand stock due to errors on the till, outlets with Sales generally are not great candidates for Validate Stock.
