Hi @Jarmila Regulova ,
It looks like you're running the detailed report. If you run the Summary it will show the PLU assigned to the recipe.

Hello Mark,
Then the report comes blank. I'm attaching updated screenshot, the only change was going from Detailed to Summary setting and nothing shows..
Thank you,
Jarmila
Hi @Jarmila Regulova ,
Many thanks for your great question.
Have you looked at the Recipe Summary Report?
This will show both the Recipe Number and PLU attached to them.

Hello Mark,
Thank you for such a fast reply! Well I looked but it doesn't show PLUs. I tried changing all options - maybe I'm missing something?
I've attached a screenshot of the report.
Thanks,
Jarmila
Hi @Jarmila Regulova ,
I'm not sure why this report is coming up blank, it may be the way your portal is configured. I will need to investigate this further.
The Sales History report also displays PLUs and recipe numbers, hopefully that will work for you.

Hello Mark,
Yes, this report works for me, thank you so much!!
I have another question though, related to PLUs. On Recipes -> Recipe Sales -> POS Interface, there is a Report log, record of how many PLUs got processed and how many were rejected due to not having a recipe. At the beginning of the month, the number of processed PLUs is smallest, increasing daily until the end of the month.
Why is this so?
I thought the number was incremental throughout the month, but if we update a recipe, the number will change for every day of the month, not just the day when we created the recipe. I've attached the summary. Our head-office auditors are questioning this trend and I so far I didn't find an answer.
Thank you for your help,
Jarmila
Hi @Jarmila Regulova ,
Glad I could help.
This may be because of your process. At the start of the period/month do you have new recipes added to your tills? If these aren't assigned to recipes within Adaco then the processed number would be small, increasing throughout the month as they are assigned.
However when the PLU is assigned to a recipe, the system will go back and assign that PLU to the recipe historically (from the current period) which is why you will see a change for every day of the month when you create/ assign to the recipe.
I hope that helps.

Hello,
We add items to tills and recipes to Adaco continually, never really on the beginning of the month.
Also, we looked at the number of processed PLUs on the report log, and the numbers changed even for a closed period. Also, the low points at the beginning of the month should be higher and higher as we link more and more recipes. This is the progress the auditors want to see, but the report log shows otherwise.
Thank you,
Jarmila
Hi @Jarmila Regulova ,
There is more detail about closed periods in the article here:
