I want to set my portal in a way that the rotas at the location cannot be closed unless hours/ absences/ holidays are created for each employee. At the moment I am using "Disallow an employee to be off all week" function on global settings. Unfortunatrly this function prevents the rotas being submitted to payroll but it does not prevent from being closed at the location even if there are employees with zero hours. I did use this function in the company I was working previously, and as it was working very well I wish to implement in my current company. Can you advise me on that?
