Hi al Please can you confirm if FA does a calculation for staff turnover of if the figures and taken directly from WFM. If it does calculations, please could you confirm what this is? I have the article on WFM calculations Thanks Debbie

Thank you for reaching out!

The calculation in Fourth Analytics is using Moving Annual Totals (MAT) to show the Turnover and looks back at the last 12 months. It takes the average of all Leavers by month in last 12 months and divides it by the average Headcount by month in the last 12 months.
