Hi @Hayley Ballinger @Eleanor Cross As a Bureau customer it is unlikely that you have access to configure payment types. If you speak to your payroll specialist they will be able to help you with this query. I can see that you only have 1 Company Sick Pay Payment type and it is set up as pensionable.

Payroll > Administration > Payment types >

Many thanks

Hi,

Thank you for your response.

This is the payment type I was referring to as being pensionable in my original question, as I can view and edit this page.

However, my query relates to the CSP payments which are automatically generated through the system when a CSP & SSP absence is created. How do we alter the treatment of this payment? This is not a payment type and currently feeds through automatically as non pensionable and I would like it to be pensionable.

Thanks

Hi @Hayley Ballinger

The automatic payment types are configured in payroll.

Payroll > Administration > Global settings > Portal settings

I have checked your portal and CSP is set to be pensionable.

Hope this now answers your query.

Kindest

Debbie
