The IT director and I were ADACO administrators here at the Hotel and now we are not, I do not know why it was removed or who removed it, as we do to return to be the Administrator of our system

Hi @Carlos Heurtematte ,
The Administrator User Group is for Fourth System Administrators only. You are a member of the Property Administrator User Group which from the front end has the same access as the Administrator Group.
If you need to make changes to the access for this group please go to Property > Set Up > User Groups
You can see more information here:

Good afternoon {@005D0000008vd3VIAQ},
Thank you for your follow-up question; since Mark is on holiday, I wanted to respond on behalf of the team.
That is correct that you can neither assign yourself or any other user to the Administrator Group or modify the existing Group of that name.
You can, however, make the appropriate adjustments to the Property Administrator Group which is named 'Property Admin' within your specific property.
For example, by enabling the setting as outlined here: https://fc.force.com/customer/s/article/Purchasing-Inventory-Changing-Help-Access-Rights-in-User-Groups
- Main Menu: Help
- Submenu: User Activity
- Access Right: User Activity Rights - All
This will allow yourself or the IT Director (or anyone else in the 'Property Admin' Group to 'Kill Session' upon logging out then back in again after the change is first made.
Please let us know if you have any further questions around this topic.
Best
