Adaco- Project Report with Product Line detail

Hello, Is there a Project Report that can be generated by specific project and will show all items ordered? Currently I c​an only generate the report to display by PO, however need the detail of all POs (items) under one report.   what is the best option (report) to generate all projects (or selected)  by PO and to show product lines?   please advise. Thanks.

    Good question! If you want to see a specific project and products that have been ordered, with applicable status, you might find the "Project Order Status Report" useful. Information on this report can be found here https://fc.force.com/customer/s/article/Purchasing-Inventory-Project-Order-Status-Report

     

    This report will give you all PRODUCTS for the project, whereas the Project Report you mentioned (https://fc.force.com/customer/s/article/Purchasing-Inventory-Project-Report) will show you the status by vendors.

    Thank you for the quick response! the report looks good, however we need total expense per line item. (total $ quantity ordered and total $ quantity delivered) per item.

     

    is there a report like this?

    Looking at the current Project related reports we have in the application I am not seeing anything that shows data they way you are looking for it. I've reached out to the rest of our team to see if perhaps there is a report that I might be unaware of, and can advise further once I've heard back.

     

    This could require a custom report to be created for your unique requirements but before we go down that path let me see if the greater team has any suggestions. Hold tight and I'll get back to you as soon as I can!

    My apologies for the delay as I have been advised sadly we do not have an existing Project report with the criteria you are requesting, so a custom report would be the best option. Please contact your trusted Fourth resource who can guide you as to the next steps with requesting a custom report.
