Is their a report that I could use to manage time keeping. I am aware of the Hrs worked V's Rota however I am finding it difficult if they have not been on the original rota

You can compare the actual time in the Forecast v actual v paid to the T & A time, however if they have not been forecast it is difficult to know what was required from the employee. This is not something that will be on a report as the system has not been told what to expect.
I would suggest you ensure that best practice is implemented to ensure all employees are forecast.
If it is not possible to forecast them, for example a shift is swapped or extra shift is picked up, you will need to check with the person managing the rota. It is their responsibility to ensure that employees working times are recorded accurately.
