Hi Paul,

 

I may need a little more information to accurately answer this question, but if you are referring to templates, then the ability to edit or remove an order template is user permission driven, and will need to be changed by head office.

If this is not the case, if I had a site, and a particular order/supplier of the draft, then I can look at it a little more closely.

 

In term of the Qty only showing on printable view. It is because the UI is only displaying the header values(ie totals) and the Qty is not seen as necessary at this high level. When 'printable view' is selected you can see the line level details, which will include the Qty values.

I have been investigating this after seeing the first post from Paul. I set up a similar scenario on my own test portal and created orders (but did not approve them) in a previous stock period, rolled the periods forward to present and re-opened them to approve. Unfortunately I did not have the same issue as we have seen on your portal, and they disappeared as expected.

I believe this should be looked into as a technical case by our service team and I would recommend raising a case. Please mention this community post in the case, as I will be able to support the service team with the initial replication.
