On the report usages by outlet / overal ...

On the report usages by outlet / overall summary of usages I have food outlets with the account General Store – Material, and should be only COS Food. In the guides all accounts are COS Food, someone know from where this came from ? thank you

Many thanks for your question. I would recommend that your system administrator reviews your outlet accounts.

Property > Set-up > Accounting > Outlet Accounts.

​This is where you can restrict the accounts that each outlet can charge the cost of products to.
