Can I provide specific employees with access to Fourth before rolling out to specific/all locations?

Hi,

 

Thanks very much for your question on providing access to Fourth.

 

You are absolutely correct that turning on access to the Fourth App and Single-Sign-On is managed through a setting in HR: Company Admin > Locations > Enable Fourth Account Service

This enables access to the system via the Fourth App, for those that have permission to do so, as determined by the Access Hierarchy. The important thing to note here is, once this is enabled in the Location, any subsequent new employees created in Fourth, for that Location, will automatically received their welcome email and access password reset notification.

 

For employees that are already in the system, you will need to activate their accounts in HR > Users > Fourth Account Management. From here, you can filter by location, division, job title and even employee in order to control activation.
