We need to run a report for a third party supplier with the following details, Employee Name payroll id Position Site Hours worked Start date and leave date Salary or hourly

I have tried running a customised report but is fails to run (too much data?). I have also run the Payroll Hours Version 1 report but this contains too many fields. is there a more specific report available? Thanks

I would suggest the custom report but add conditions to limit the number of lines returned.

Add a field for status and set the condition to = to return only current employees.

The report can be run again for former employees if required.

This should be enough to run the report but you may also consider adding conditions for start date. Either <> (between two dates), or >= <= (Greater than or less than specified dates ) all condition parameters are entered on the next page when running the reports.
