I am seeing products added and updated by "System Administrator." Is it possible to disallow this, and what are the implications of turning this feature off?

I have noticed a number of products that are being built and/or updated by "System Administrator". This is not a user that is an employee of our organization, and rather appears to be computer or software. These items are being built incorrectly, and even more importantly, details that were originally correct when the item was built are now incorrect once the "System Administrator" updates.   I would like to know if this is a feature that can be turned off, and what implications turning off the feature could have.   I have attached four examples of items that were built or updated incorrectly.   Thank you!   Kind Regards,   Kenneniah Ruby

Thank you for enquiring about this particular scenario. Unfortunately this is a system design and what its doing is that if you have the "use job to recalculate transaction price" ticked, on a daily basis the system will run a job to perform those tasks and record it as the changes / updates were made by "system". We recommend that you keep this setting turned on however if you wish to switch it off you will find the setting in Property administrator -> Inventory.
