Re-Opening Closed Purchase Orders

    Many thanks for your query. If the user permissions within Property > Set Up > User Groups > Purchasing > Re-open Purchase Orders is enabled then the user should right click on the closed PO and see the option to reopen the closed PO. The document below details which options they can expect to see.

    Please also check that within the user permission Re-open Purchase Orders that you have enabled the below

    If both the settings are enabled within the user group and you are still unable to see the reopen closed PO option please raise a case with the support team for further assistance.
