In fourth payroll Rota wage cost is not providing correct data

Hi, Hopefully some one can help. we are using fourth for payroll forecasting but when I rota in some employees for 8 hour shift the rota wage cost stays zero, for some it will pick like £500 for an 8 hour shift and for some it will only pick partial amount. Can some one please help so we can ensure our forecast numbers are correct.   Thanks​

The wage cost on the analysis report is driven from your wage function setting, please note you will need the Admin login to access this page.

 

I would also assure all the relevant job titles are being included as part of the rota wage cost: Rotas>Administration>Configure Locations>Select Location >Job Titles With Salary Included In Rota

 

If you do believe there is a technical issue, please raise a case to our support team
