I am trying to do a cash purchase for my site and this error has occurred. How do I fix it?

    Thanks so much for your post! Just wanted to check which Fourth solution you are referring to?


    Also, what is the error that occurred? If it's a technical issue, I would recommend raising a technical case. To do this, you can either escalate to the member(s) of your business who are responsible for raising cases with Fourth. Or if you are this person, you can select your name on the top right of the Customer Community and select the 'Raise a Technical Case' from the dropdown options.


    If it's more of a general knowledge/best practice/use of the system, this is the right place! Just let us know which solution and what the error is 😊
