Please can we confirm if it is possible for multiple employed staff to accrue Lieu Hours on their multiple employed job?

Hi All,   Please can we confirm if it is possible for multiple employed staff to accrue Lieu Hours on their multiple employed job?   For example if the employees contract is setup to accrue lieu hours on every hour worked over 40 hours, if the employee works 35 hours on their main job and 10 hours on their ME job, is it possible for the system to calculate their lieu hours for this period as 5 hours?   If not, please can you confirm the best way to manage this?   Thank you in advance!! 🙂

Thanks for your great question!

 

So in order to have this functionality, you would need to go into your Global Settings within your Rota module and switch on your Overtime setting there. However, you may need to contact our Cases team to switch this on for you.

 

Please note however, that this will only apply when the same job title is across the Multiple Employment. Otherwise, it will not calculate correctly.
