If our customer has deleted a purchase order their end, how do we as the supplier delete it on TradeSimple if it has already been confirmed?

    Hi Natalie,


    that's a great question. Unfortunately it isn't possible for you to delete an order on TradeSimple.


    If you require this to be removed in an emergency, please get in touch with our support team who will be able to assist you.


    To do this, you can either escalate to the member(s) of your business who are responsible for raising cases with Fourth. Or if you are this person, you can select your name on the top right of the Customer Community and select the 'Raise a Technical Case' from the drop-down options.
